Questions
Do I need to know WordPress or any coding?
No. You get a store that is ready to sell, and we show you how to add products and see your orders.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the hosting and the store's accounts are all in your name from day one.
I don't have good product photos. Can you still build it?
Yes. Send clear phone photos and choose the studio-style photos add-on. Your real pack and label stay exactly as they are.
Can my customers pay on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is the first option at checkout, with bank transfer beside it.
Is my sales data safe with you?
Your orders and customer list are yours. We never share them or use them for anything else, and we're happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
What happens after the first month?
The store is yours and keeps running. If you want us to look after updates, backups and changes, choose monthly care.
